Heavenly Caregivers joined our family the day my mother was brought home from the hospital after suffering a broken hip and hip replacement. She also suffers from dementia, so the hospital stay had been hard on her and me.

Our caregiver, Lynn, surveyed the situation and went right to work. We were dealing with paperwork, and my mother was needing constant attention. My 89 year old father and I were very tired and we both found decision making difficult. Benny was caring and took the time to be sure we had what we needed to care for mother properly at home. Lynn was already taking charge which was a huge relief to me and my dad. She made us feel immediately more comfortable in having mother at home. Her caregiving background was invaluable and she helped me not only by giving me time to take care of my job and my house, but advice I needed to take care of mother when Lynn was not there.

We are very pleased with the caregivers that come in. They are friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Heavenly Caregivers and especially Jennifer. We were going through a difficult time trying to make a decision about getting mother moved to a Skilled Nursing facility and Jennifer was just so supportive and willing to do just about anything to accommodate our needs. It helped make our planning process and the final transition easier to deal with during this stressful time.

I also want to mention Lucy who was there with me during the move. She was just wonderful with mother and helped get her new room set up and looking like home on move day. She is such a wonderful caregiver.

In October of 2010 my Dad fell and required numerous surgeries. In December 2010 he was admitted to a nursing care facility where his care was not acceptable. Sherry, at Heavenly Care, went above and beyond....providing additional care for my Dad at that facility...and also Sherry personally came to treatment reviews with me. She knows all the right questions and the rules and regulations and helped me navigate my Dad through that trying time.

We so wanted my Dad to return to the Continental and Heavenly Care provided around the clock help for Daddy there in February 2011. They provided so many amazing caregivers who showed real concern and compassion for him. They always showed up, communicated my Dad's current situation to the next shift of caregivers, and were very competent and pleasant. If I needed help the office staff were right on top of things. Several other Continental residents I knew also used their services so I was very well aware of the quality care they would provide. Ultimately we decided to move my Dad to Grace House where the management told me they also use Heavenly Care Services from time to time and love them also!

Heavenly Caregivers has always been prompt in sending a replacement when needed and checking back to see that we are cared for. It is now 2 months and Lynn is still with us. The way she helps us has changed as mother's needs have changed, but she is still invaluable to our family.

You and Carol were always readily accessible. You returned phone calls promptly and very professionally worked out any problems involving her care arrangements. You and Carol even came to my home to be sure everything was done satisfactorily, and according to your very high standards.

I really can't put into words my gratitude. There were so many times that you took care of things which looked to be a big problem and quickly came up with solutions.

I will be happy to speak to anyone who is trying to make the difficult decision about placing a loved one in a nursing facility or keeping them at home. I will always be glad I chose to care for mother at home, but without your help this would have been impossible.

Our family cannot say enough about the wonderful care our mother received from the staff at Heavenly Caregivers. Each caregiver who came to our home was kind, considerate, and loving toward our mother. We found the caregivers to be knowledgeable and thoughtful in the day-to-day care of one who could not care for herself. They followed instructions and took care of every need while with our mother. Just wanted to give you a round of applause on the way you do business. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the thoughtful way you and your staff took care of my wife in the last year of her life. In those difficult times having Heavenly Caregiver Services was truly heavenly. They were attentive, loving and always professional.

In addition to the personal care your company provided, your moving company has also moved me several times. I don't know how you train all those guys to be so careful and protective. We've move a lot through the years and I've never had movers take such great care of my belongings. You would have thought my furniture belonged to their own mother or father. They really treated me like family. What a great Bunch.

I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the splendid way your caregivers Kim and Pat took care of my precious Becky. They were at all times punctual, professional and willing to please. The family especially appreciated their attending Rebecca's Memorial Service and actually came in to the family room and introduced themselves. I don't know what I would have done without them.
